Plaques may be commissioned for a deceased Old Conway or for an Old Conway still living but who would like to be commemorated in due course. In the latter case the applicant will need to nominate someone (possibly an executor) who will inform the Friends of HMS Conway when the time comes.

On the walls on each side of the "Conlan" window plaques will be installed upon which will be placed nameplates engraved with the name and Conway dates of the deceased Old Conway.
